The YWCA TechGYRLS® seeks to empower young girls in the areas of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and
math) and to encourage them to pursue careers within these fields, particularly for underrepresented girls. This free workshop will be offered on-site at the YWCA in the Rebecca Chernick Innovation Lab.

To celebrate Computer Skills Education Week, 4th and 5th grade girls will learn the basics of coding through fun and engaging games and online projects. This workshop was created in partnership with Microsoft Techspark WI, CESA 7
and WIT4girls.
