2017 Holiday Light DisplaysThe glow of holiday lights can be magical.  They not only light up the night, but also the holiday spirit within us.  We’ve recapped area displays.  If we missed your favorite, email us at [email protected].

WPS Garden of Lights-Green Bay.

While the flowers are tucked in for the winter, the Garden is transformed into a spectacular array of botanical light displays inspired by its natural features. You’ll discover enchanted icicle forest, glistening flowers, a dazzling 60-foot walk-through caterpillar and more.

When: Friday, November 23-December 23rd (Fri-Sun); December 24-25 Closed; December 26-30 (Daily) 
Time: 5-9 p.m.
Where: Green Bay Botanical Gardens
Details: Walking Adult (13+) $10; Walking Child (3-12) $5; Children 2 and under FREE. Wagon Adult (13+) $15; Wagon Child (3-12) $10

Family Night Sunday, November 25th 5-9 pm | All children ages 12 and under in the same household receive FREE walking admission with paid adult at the door only. Other activities include a meet and greet with Mrs. Claus, letters to Santa and face painting from 5:30-8 pm. Santa will be available for pictures from 5-9 pm.

Lights in Lincoln Park-Manitowoc

Lincoln Park Zoo is transformed into a sparkling wonderland. Lights in Lincoln Park is uniquely designed around animals.

When: November 23-December 15 (Thur, Fri, & Sat) & December 20-29 (all nights) 
Time: 5 p.m.-8 p.m.
Where: Lincoln Park Zoo, Manitowoc
Details: $5/Car 

Friday nights prior to Christmas be sure to visit Santa’s Cabin for cookies & cocoa!

Holiday Lights 1 & 2 mile run/walk. Sunday, December 30th at 5 pm. More info here.

Winter Wonderland of Lights-Oconto

Holtwood Campground in Oconto transforms into a Winter Wonderland. Over 150 trees are decorated and sponsored by area businesses and organizations. 

When: November 23-January 6
Time:  5-11 p.m.
Where: Holtwood Campground
Details: FREE.  Cars permitted, but walk-thrus encouraged.

Oshkosh Celebration of Lights-Oshkosh

Over 750,000 lights over a 1.2 mile route through Menominee Park. Prepare to be dazzled.

When: November 23-December 31
Time: 5-9 p.m. daily
Where: Menominee Park
Details: $10 per carload; $1 off with a non-perishable in-date canned food donation.

Making Spirits Bright by Sheboygan County Rotary Club-Sheboygan

Making Spirits Bright not only adds shimmer to the holiday season for those who visit the attraction, but also those less fortunate. In 2016 the Sheboygan County Rotary Club donated over 75,000 pounds of non-perishable food items to a local food pantry.

When: November 23 – December 31 (Closed December 24th)
Time: 5-9 p.m. daily
Where: Evergreen Park in Sheboygan, off Highway 42
Details: FREE admission, but cash donations are appreciated.  Please bring a pantry item to donate.  You can also visit Quarryview Center for concessions and a visit with Santa (open November 23-December 23)!

Lakeside Light Show-Fon du Lac

Time
Where: Evergreen Park in Sheboygan, off Highway 42
Details: (Based on 2017 info) Watch from your warm car. Tune your radio to 87.9 FM and watch the trees dance to the music. Show is roughly 25 minutes. Snack Cabin is located in the parking lot where Delicious Snacks, Hot Cocoa and Apple Cider can be purchased.

Delightfully Calumet Light Show-Chilton

When: Fridays and Saturdays in December
Time: 5-9 p.m. 
Where: Calumet County Fairgrounds
Details: Food donations are encouraged to support local food pantries. Cash donations are welcome to support future growth of Delightfully Calumet Light Show.
