Green Bay Area Mom, Green Bay and Appleton’s locally focused parenting resource, is looking for Moms (or Dads!) to join our team! We are looking for people to join our Green Bay Area Mom writing team or events team!
Do your friends always reach out to you for ideas on what to do with their kids? Are you always taking your kids on adventures to parks, playgrounds, or area businesses? Do you have your ear to the ground on local events/happenings?
If so, we’d love for you to join our Contributor Team! As a contributor, you provide at least 1 original article per month (about your adventures or anything related to motherhood), connect with us virtually in a contributor-only Facebook group, and in-person for photoshoots or other events. We’re looking for people who have a passion for helping others, have a fun, positive attitude, and love empowering others!
We are especially looking for moms or dads in Appleton and individuals who represent the diversity of our area! Our website is written BY local moms (and hopefully dads!) FOR local moms and dads, which means you’re already qualified to join our team! Whether you are a new mom, veteran mom, a single mom, married mom, mom of multiples, fit mom, Pinterest mom, wing-it kind of mom, foster mom, adoptive mom, any other type of mom that describes YOU, or DAD, someone out there needs to hear your stories! All are welcome. All are needed.

Our events team supports events hosted by Green Bay Area Mom. Bloom: Mom’s Night Out is our largest event of the year, we also hold Cookies With Santa, and hope to incorporate monthly playdates in the future! We are looking for people to help organize the event, setup, help with registration and vendor tables, mingle with guests, clean up, help secure swag or giveaways, and perform other duties as necessary.
This is a great opportunity to build your network of local moms. This can be your fun Mom time or part of your professional life, either way, you can be part of our community!
